Sadly one of United Hockey Club’s Life Members, Alan Ashley, passed away last week.
Alan was one of the foundation members of United Hockey Club (Presbyterian Hockey Club when first formed) and maintained a long term interest in the club’s activities as a player and administrator. His sons Geoff and Bruce played for many years for United as juniors and also into the senior ranks.
