Pre Season Running 2016

2016 pre season running has commenced and the 2016 outdoor season is fast approaching. See below details for you teams:

Men’s Details:
CL/SL Teams, Thursdays at 6pm, Reconciliation Place, Lake Burley Griffin.
CL players are required to attend and must notify Matt Raymond and/or Luke MacKinnon if you are unable with a legitimate excuse/reason.
Training on the balls will commence in March, information will be provided with verified times and dates.

Women’s Details:
CL/SL Teams, Wednesdays at 6pm, Regatta Point, Regatta Place, Parkes with Peta MacKinnon.
SL Teams, Tuesdays at 7pm, Lyneham, pre-season fitness, runners, drink and towel. With Craig Whiting.

Additional Fitness Session:
OPEN TO ALL GRADES (must be over 16, for insurance purposes)
Thursdays at 6:30pm (1 hour)

$10 per session

Strength and Conditioning
Aerobic fitness and weights
Sacred Heart Primary School
Pearce (at the back of the school)
Both session are $15 each
