United Hockey Club will is running a drink bottle fundraiser. If you would like to get a drink bottle (for yourself or for your family, friends, kids etc.) fill out the form at the HERE and return it to the united hockey email unitedhockeyclub@gmail.com by the 31st of May.
You can also choose to have your name and the club logo on the stainless steel drink bottle, so it wont be rubbing off! There are options of 2 sizes Sml (500ml) and Lrg (740ml) and 2 colours Red and Blue.
Please transfer your money to the United Bank account before this date, otherwise your order will not be able to be processed.
